• Strive for the highest levels of guest, company and colleague satisfaction.
• Communicate through apps using cell phone and data package
• Arrive 10-15 minutes before a scheduled shift and / or appointments.
• Provide all styling tools & equipment for mobile services.
• Keep the space organized (in salon), follow sanitation procedures and keep them well stocked with linens and supplies throughout the day.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Handle clients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Ability to add guests notes in their profile history after each service
• Follow-up on all comments, concerns and suggestions made by staff members and guests.
• Assist other departments within the salon whenever necessary and available.
• Maintain helpful, cooperative relations with co-workers.
• Meet scheduling requirements, including training and meetings
• Thorough knowledge of menu of services, products and retail.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Valid cosmetology license in the state of Colorado
• Maintain a standard of excellence in professional image and behavior.
• Professional dress attire and professional demeanor.
• Driven, motivated and open to personal growth
• Have a strong desire to learn and are highly adaptable
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge, internet and phone app skills

About Us

Full Circle is a 1,700sq.ft. salon / spa facility that provides both mobile and in-salon hair, nails, makeup, skin care and massage services along with a beer & wine menu to serve our guests during there visit with us.

Aspen’s first salon and spa with a beer, wine and champagne menu to serve guests while enjoying services.
